J's 24th birthday. Didn't see her. Washed the kitchen & bathroom floors. Did some reading about the assassination.

Winnie/Nana was about 49-52 and lived in Stephenville, TX when she wrote these entries.
W (eldest son in Sarasota), J (daughter 23-4) and R (son 17) are her children.
Dad/Rudy/Rara/B refers to her husband.
S is J's husband, P (2) and T (newborn) are their daughters.
The italicized comments below each entry date reflect the notes in the "14 Month Historical Diary" she used. I thought they were interesting, so I included them.
With the exception of substituting initials for names, every entry is typed in just as she wrote it, I haven't altered any spelling or grammar. Her entries were done mostly with blue ink in her neat, slanted cursive.
